KENYA: The Kenyan government has a strategic plan- the Vision 2030, through which it plans to develop the East Africa's largest economy to middle-income level. The approach is through a series of mid-term 5yr investment plans focusing on the key sectors of Tourism,trade, manufacturing, agriculture, information technology and financial services. In the coming years it is targeted that these efforts will see Kenya's GDP grow at an annual rate of 10%.
To crown these achievements and in an illustration of the ambition of this 38 Million East African Athletics powerhouse, the government announced its wish to bid to host the 2018 Olympic Games during the spectacular event in The summer of 2008, Beijing China. The first phase of implementation despite seeing some gains in sectors like energy and recovery in the tourism sector is falling behind schedule due to the negating effects of the now dying world recession and drought.

As you already know, all pundit Arsenal talk has been on how promise should finally distill into action and that the gestation period for talent had lapsed.It was about time the harvest begun.
Five years is a long time. Too long for a club whose home city is London, like Arsenal, to be without trophies.And so, everyone reckons, it was about time Wenger abandoned some of the policies that have failed to deliver five times in a row.

Others are eager for their chance, and all are fired up by prospect that awaits them.For a club at their stage of the football cycle, it is on such nights that heroes are born.
If Arsenal allow Newcastle to smell blood tonight, make no doubt that the black and white stripes will go for the jugular. However, with Arsene Wenger's team project increasingly looking the done deal, it should be an exciting win for Arsenal. I would bet on a two goal margin.
So Wenger says we are going for all trophies this season. I don't see anything new in that statement. The new thing is that by the construct of time, the circumstances have changed for Arsenal. Kieran Gibbs is still a teenager by age , but a young man in footballing terms. The same can be said of Henri Lansbury, Carlos Vela and Wojciech Szczensey at goal.
Looking at the subs bench with JET and Craig Eastmond, it wont be long before they start a game for Arsenal and the pundits wrongly point out that " Arsene Wenger has once again gone for a mix of youth and experience".
